What happens after you get in touch
The consultation call
A 30-minute call to understand your project — building type, stage, target, programme. We'll confirm which services apply, what the scope will involve, and what it's likely to cost. If you have drawings, a brief, or a specification, send them through before the call so we can make the time useful.
The proposal
Following the call, we'll provide a written scope and fee proposal. All proposals are fixed-fee for analysis, modelling, and certification work — no hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. Testing fees depend on building size and location and are confirmed before the test day.
Turnaround
Analysis and modelling commissions typically turn around in two to four weeks depending on complexity and current workload. Blower door tests are usually scheduled within two to three weeks for main centres. We confirm availability at the proposal stage — if the timeline doesn't work, we'll say so.
